Coloring mandalas is fun and it will help you to pass a good time, be calm, and stop your stress. Mandalas should help people to reduce anxiety and depression, but to start coloring some mandalas you need first to have some colors. Hey! How has been your day? I hope that you are ok, if you are stressed you can do some origami. But was is the origami? The origami it’s an art on paper, it has a Japanese origin, in which you can make figures of everything you imagine, that can help you relax, have patience, activate memory and have more imagination and you only need colored paper and your hands.

The origami can be everything, like a monkey or a snake you only need to imagine the possibilities of the paper and believe that you can do it!
